Heres one my own creations guys, this is Windows mobile 6.5 start menu made into a grid layout instead of hexagons , original layout by lescross(qvga).

Finally M$ has decided to lean towards capasitive touchscreens and finger friendly UI(they had already started this but no as massive as this update), this can be seen on one of the latest WM 6.5 build's the 21925 which is from the md1 brach, above you can see the new changes, remember guys all these updates/chages to the builds are beta , this can change at any given time.
